Where it all began!

Pastiche Bistro began in 1997 in Stafford, with the site initially run as a coffee shop. After deciding to experiment with evening trade we worked on our simple idea of good food at affordable prices and the successful Pastiche concept was born.



Fantastic, fixed pricing

We devised a fixed price menu, currently from £5.00 for a 2 course lunch menu and £10.00 for a 2 course dinner menu, and have never looked back.



Dishes from all over the world

Our menu is based around modern European cuisine and includes traditional English dishes as well as recipes from China, Italy and the rest of Europe. We appeal to a wide range of customers from varied backgrounds so our menu is structured to combine many different tastes to tempt people with different palates.



Great atmosphere - great prices

We believe that we have a unique concept and can provide our customers with a great meal out in relaxed and informal surroundings with great food at prices that won't break the bank!

We have developed great customer loyalty, with many requesting to be added to our database to receive our new menu each month via e-mail.
