This is a bright and spacious building in the centre of Hanley close to the main shopping area. Pastiche Bistro is on the first floor. We are a short walk from local theatres and offer special pre-theatre dinner packages from 6pm.

The bistro appeals to a wide variety of customers from shoppers and local businesses to theatre-goers.

Restaurant manager Dawn Yates and her team welcomes customers to the Bistro alongside head chef Darren Colclough and second John Stanyer.

Bookings are recommended for lunch, dinner and pre-theatre dinner.
