Refurbished in November 2008, Stafford was the first restaurant for the Pastiche Bistro group. Situated on the first floor in busy Mill Street it opened in 1997 and is a popular venue for a meal out -- booking is highly recommended.

This bustling bistro has contemporary decoration and the perfect ambiance whether you are enjoying a romantic dinner for two or a larger celebration with friends or colleagues.

The friendly team runs under the expert supervision of Abi Brinsdon, Restaurant Manager, who ensures the smooth running of the bistro. Kris Witt is head chef, assisted by Gareth Jones who pride themselves on producing a delicious and innovative menu which appeals to customers of all ages and tastes.
